Time & Expense Tracking
Kolaco’s time and expense tracking applications are designed to integrate with a company’s accounting system – to allow employee HR data and project cost accounting information to be made available as drop down choices to eliminate any errors on form creation. When users complete their time cards and expenses reports, we include a mail enabled approval process, with sufficient hierarchical security so that managers can see all employees in their departments. The system is secure enough so those in other divisions and/or departments cannot access other data. When the forms are approved, the data is transferred back into the accounting system for processing. The result is that billing, hours, and expenses are ready for analysis in the accounting system weeks earlier than before. Users can now complete their time cards if they are in the field with their mobile devices, working at home, or at their desk in the office. The improved productivity for these applications is significant.
